Skagen Salmon
Through the collaboration with Skagen Salmon O.H. Fiskeeksport A/S processes Danish salmon for professional clients in both Denmark and the rest of Europe. Production includes, among other things, filleting, portion cutting, and custom solutions for wholesalers, retail, and food production.
The collaboration is built on high quality, flexibility and efficient production, with a strong focus on freshness, traceability and consistent salmon products. Through close cooperation, stable deliveries and solutions tailored to the customers' specific wishes and needs are ensured.

KH Select + Starfish
In collaboration with KH Select og Starfish i Riga producerer O.H. Fiskeeksport A/S røgede lakseprodukter baseret på danske, færøske og norske råvarer. Begge virksomheder arbejder med moderne faciliteter og mange års erfaring inden for produktion af kvalitetslaks til det europæiske marked.
KH Select er specialiseret i koldrøgede lakseprodukter, mens Starfish producerer varmrøgede lakseprodukter — tilsammen giver det et komplet sortiment af røgede specialprodukter med høj kvalitet og stor fleksibilitet.
Produktionen foregår med fokus på fødevaresikkerhed, ensartet kvalitet og stabile leverancer, der lever op til de høje krav fra professionelle kunder, grossister og fødevareproduktion i hele Europa.
