O.H. Fiskeeksport A/S is specialized in sale of whole, gutted Salmon and Salmon-Fillets from our own production. All standard trimmings and customer defined trimmings are being produced. We also offer vacuum-packed Salmon-Fillets.

We are able to produce Salmon-Fillets, F-trim, fully trimmed, deep-skinned and brown meat off. This Products is very suitable for smokehouses.

We produce according to HACCP-principles in new, modern facilities, where the demands of our customers for strict hygiene and quality control are met.

One new thing is that we per 01.03.2004 are able to offer Salmon Fillet-Portions. These Portions we can offer fresh or frozen, packed with ice or vacuum-packed.

Another innovation is that we now are able to offer frozen Norway Lobster in our own packing. The sizes are 4/7, 8/12, 13/16 and 17/20.

Furthermore O.H. Fiskeeksport A/S offer a wide range of fresh and frozen fishproducts from Denmark, Norway and the Faroe Islands.
